This is about the website, not the system

This notice covers what happens when you VISIT our website.

It does not cover the Inno Source system that our customers log into. A visitor and a customer are different people with different data, and mixing the two notices would leave both unclear.

If you are looking for what happens to data inside the system — your employer's records, your attendance, your payslip — read our general Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Terms instead.

What we collect when you visit

Standard server request records: the address the request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's own identification string. These are produced by the web server for every website and are used to keep the site working and secure.

Whatever you type into a form and send us.

That is the whole list. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not buy or sell visitor data.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — remembering your language choice, and keeping a session while you use an interactive part of the site.

Where we use anything beyond that, it is listed in this section and not elsewhere.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Refusing the necessary ones may mean parts of the site do not work — for example, the site may stop remembering that you chose Arabic.

Forms, chat and demo requests

When you send an enquiry, request a demonstration or start a chat, we keep what you sent and your contact details so that we can answer you.

We use them to reply and to follow up on your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

An enquiry that does not become a customer relationship is kept while it is still useful to answer and then removed. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Analytics

Where we use a web analytics tool, it is named here together with what it measures.

If this line says that none is in use, then none is in use. We would rather state that plainly than leave a generic paragraph that implies more collection than actually happens.

Your choices

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry you sent us, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask what we hold about you as a visitor, and we will tell you.
