Inno Agent — Terms and Remote Access

What the agent is allowed to do on your network
Inno Agent is a small program installed on a machine inside your network. It exists because the system runs in the cloud and your hardware — attendance devices, cameras, scales, printers — does not.
It scans the local network range you configure to discover devices, talks to those devices, relays camera frames, and carries out the commands the system sends it.
Those commands include reading its own status and logs, changing its own settings, restarting itself, updating itself, and — for an administrator who holds the specific remote-control permission — running a command on the machine it is installed on.
That last capability is remote execution inside your network. It is stated plainly here rather than buried, and it is why the permission that allows it is granted separately from ordinary system access.
Who can control it, and the record of it
Only a user of your own company who holds the remote-control permission can issue those commands, and only against agents belonging to a branch that user may access.
Every attempt is recorded — including the attempts that were REFUSED, because a record that holds only successes cannot answer the question "did anyone try?".
The record keeps the user name as text, so it survives the account being deleted.
Requesting a command against an agent in a branch you cannot access returns the same answer as requesting one against an agent that does not exist, so the record cannot be used to discover what devices you have.
Updates
The agent checks the version the system advertises and updates itself when the system is newer. Automatic update is on by default and can be switched off per device.
It keeps a backup of the previous version before replacing itself.
Keeping the agent current is part of keeping the service working. Where the counting software is installed, disabling its automatic update is a breach of the subscription terms.
What we do not do
The agent does not read your files, does not capture your screen, and does not log keystrokes.
It does not reach anything on your network beyond the address range you configure for it.
It holds no personal data of its own — it holds a device token and the settings you gave it.
Pairing and the token
An agent authenticates to the system with a token. On a device that ships without one, the device shows an eight-character pairing code on its own local page and an administrator claims that code in the system, which hands the token back automatically.
On Windows the token is sealed with the operating system's own protection so it is not readable as plain text on disk.
Treat the token as a credential: whoever holds it can act as that agent. Do not copy it between machines, and re-pair the device rather than moving a token by hand.
Writes to the agent's own local settings page are protected by a PIN, which an administrator can read from the system without needing access to the machine.
Removing it
The agent uninstalls from its own window or from the system's installed programs, and removing it stops all of the above at once.
On termination of the subscription you are obliged to remove the agent and the counting software from your machines, or to enable us to remove them.
Language and the governing text
These terms were drafted in Arabic. The Arabic text is the authentic and governing version. The English version is provided as a convenience translation, and where the two differ in meaning the Arabic text alone applies.
