Inno Van — selling from the vehicle

Routes, loading, invoicing, collection, returns and end-of-day settlement from the van — offline-first, with a printed document for every operation.

Selling from a vehicle is a different business from selling from a shop. The stock is on the van, the customer is at their own door, the signal comes and goes, and the day has to balance at the end of it. Inno Van is built for that day.

The day, in order

  1. Open the route. The route is a real location inside a warehouse, so what is on the van is stock the system knows about — not a note.
  2. Load. Goods move from the store to the van's own location. What is on board is always answerable.
  3. Sell. Invoice at the customer's door, cash or on account, with a printed receipt on a Bluetooth thermal printer, in Arabic.
  4. Collect. Take money against old invoices or against the account, each with its own printed voucher.
  5. Returns and refunds, recorded as documents rather than adjustments.
  6. Settle. Close the route: expected cash against counted cash, goods left on the van, and the accounting posted.
