Inno Agent — your devices, reachable from the cloud

Connect printers, scales, fingerprint readers and IP cameras on your own network to Inno ERP. Windows, Docker or Raspberry Pi.

A cloud system cannot reach a printer on your office network, a weighing scale on the counter, or a fingerprint reader by the door. Inno Agent is the piece that can: a small program on one machine inside your network that the ERP talks to, and that talks to your devices.

What it connects

• Receipt and label printers, including the ones Windows will only reach through its own spooler
• Weighing scales
• ZKTeco fingerprint and face attendance terminals
• IP cameras — discovery on the local network, connection testing and live view

Installing it

Whichever suits the site:

• Windows — a single executable that installs itself as a service.
• Docker — one command, on any machine that runs containers.
• Raspberry Pi — flash a prepared image and plug it in.

A fresh box boots into pairing mode and shows an eight-character code on its own page on the local network. Claim that code once from the ERP and the device is yours — no token to copy, no configuration file to edit.

Managing it afterwards

• Health, logs, settings and a restart, from the ERP — no remote desktop.
• It detects the network it was plugged into, so it works on any subnet with no configuration.
• It updates itself when the server publishes a newer version, and you can push an update to every device at once.
• Remote control is gated behind its own permission, because running a command inside a customer's network is not something an ordinary login should be able to do.
