Acceptable Use Policy
What the system may and may not be used for.
What the system may and may not be used for.
Lawful use only
The system may be used for lawful business purposes only.
You must not use it in a way that breaks the law, harms a third party, infringes anyone's rights, or conceals an unlawful activity.
You must not use it to store or send content you have no right to store or send.
Where a use is lawful but unusual — an unusual volume, an unusual integration, an unusual pattern of access — tell us in advance rather than after we notice it.
Account security is the customer's
Every action in the system is attributed to an account, and each account sees only what its permissions and its accessible branches allow.
You are therefore responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, for granting permissions deliberately, and for withdrawing them when someone leaves.
You are responsible for every action taken through your accounts, including an action taken by someone who obtained a credential you failed to protect.
Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.
No copying, reverse engineering or extraction
You must not copy the system, decompile it, reverse engineer it, or attempt to derive its source code.
You must not extract its database other than through the export features provided to you.
You must not copy, extract, analyse or run the AI model files outside the system. This applies with particular force to a counting model, because it sits on a machine in your own premises and is therefore physically within your reach — being able to take it is not permission to take it.
A breach of this section is a fundamental breach and entitles us to terminate immediately.
No reselling and no operating for another entity
One subscription covers one legal entity, with the branches, users and terminals recorded in the agreement.
You must not make the system available to a third party, resell access to it, or operate it for the benefit of another company, without our prior written permission.
An additional legal entity, branch, terminal or user is available — it is priced, not forbidden. Ask, and it will be quoted.
Load, testing and security probing
You must not load the system beyond ordinary business use, and you must not run automated access at a volume that degrades it for other users.
You must not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or any other security probing against the system without our prior written permission.
Authorised security testing is welcome and is arranged in advance. Write to the address in this policy setting out what you want to test, when, and from which addresses, and we will agree a window with you.
If you discover a vulnerability by accident, tell us and do not exploit it further. We will not treat a good-faith accidental discovery, promptly reported, as a breach of this section.
The content the customer enters
You warrant that the data you enter is lawful, that you had the right to collect it, and that you have obtained every consent and given every notice the law requires.
This matters most for personal data about your employees, your customers and your suppliers, and above all for biometric data — fingerprints, face images used for attendance — which is special-category data under Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law 151 of 2018 and requires explicit consent from the individuals concerned.
Our Data Processing Terms set that obligation out in full. You indemnify us against any claim arising from a breach of it.
What happens if this policy is broken
Where a breach is capable of being remedied, we notify you in writing and you have fifteen (15) days to remedy it.
We may suspend access immediately, without waiting for that period, where continuing would harm the system, other customers, or a third party.
We may terminate immediately and without a cure period for the fundamental breaches: copying the system or attempting to breach or reverse engineer it; extracting or running a model outside the system; making the system available to a third party or operating it for another entity; and using it for an unlawful purpose.
Suspension or termination under this section does not reduce what you owe, and the sums due for the remainder of the minimum commitment period become payable in accordance with our Subscription, Cancellation and Refunds policy.
Language and the governing text
These terms were drafted in Arabic. The Arabic text is the authentic and governing version. The English version is provided as a convenience translation, and where the two differ in meaning the Arabic text alone applies.
