Inno Source

The Inno products

The hardware and mobile products that connect a real business to Inno ERP: Inno Counter, Inno Agent, Inno Time, Inno Caller, Inno Remote Control, the mobile app and the van app.

Inno ERP runs in a browser. Most of a real business does not. These are the products that connect the two — each one exists because a customer had a job the browser could not reach.

On the shop floor

Inno Counter

A camera that counts what the line produces and posts the number onto the production run that is already open in the ERP. It learns your product from photographs, so it counts the product and not the hand carrying it. Runs on a Windows PC or a Raspberry Pi.

Inno Agent

The bridge between a cloud system and the devices on your own network — receipt printers, weighing scales, fingerprint readers and IP cameras. Install it once; pair it with a code; manage it from the ERP afterwards.

In people's hands

The Inno Source mobile app

The staff app. Sell, receive stock, approve what needs approving, check in for work, read the reports you are allowed to read. Works with no signal and syncs when one returns.

Inno Van

For selling from a vehicle. Open the route, load the van, invoice and collect at the customer's door, print a receipt on a Bluetooth printer, settle at the end of the day.

Inno Caller

Shows who is calling — their name, their balance, the note pinned to their record — before the phone is answered, and records the call against the customer. Android.

At the desk and above it

Inno Time

Attendance and working time for people whose work happens on a PC. Clock in from the machine, measure active and idle minutes, with a privacy boundary stated on the screen the employee is looking at.

Inno Remote Control

The owner's view. Which lines are counting right now, which production run is open with nothing watching it, which branch has gone quiet, and what the camera counted against what a person declared.
